Ingredients
400-500 g rump steak, fine sliced
¼ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 broccoli head, cut in florets
1 leek, trimmed washed & sliced
250 g brown mushrooms, quartered
½ cup beef stock
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
Toss the beef in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Cover & stand for 30 minutes.
Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and discarding the marinade, stir fry the beef then set it aside. Add more oil to the pan the stir fry the broccoli, leeks and mushrooms until tender. Return the meat to the wok. Mix together beef stock with the rest of the ingredients in the wok and stir fry until the sauce thickens.
Serve on steamed rice with your favourite garnish.
