Ingredients
4 cups beets
1 cup cabbage
4 cups carrots
1 spring onion, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
½ cup orange capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Grate the beets and carrots and combine with onion, capsicum and ginger. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, oil, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and coriander. Pour onto the slaw. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Serve and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers.
