Ingredients
5 kg ham on the bone, cooked
1¼ cups brown sugar
¼ cup bush honey
4 tbsp Brown Seed Mustard
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ tsp ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 165°C.
In a small pan, combine all the ingredients, including LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and simmer for 5-10 minutes then set aside. Bake ham uncovered for 2 hours then remove from oven and brush with glaze. Bake additional 35-40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
