Ingredients

4 salmon fillets, 170 g each
¼ cup GF soy sauce
2 tbsp raw bush honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, oil, garlic, lemon juice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour for more flavour.
Preheat the gas grill to medium heat. (about 200°C) Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Once the grill is heated and the salmon has marinated, place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula, allowing the skin to stick to the grill grates. Brush the tops of the fillets with some of the remaining marinade.
Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the fillets with the remaining marinade to create a glaze.
Remove the grilled salmon from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or chives for garnish.
Serve the sweet glazed grilled salmon immediately, alongside your favourite side dishes.
