Ingredients
500 g spicy Italian sausage
500 g gnocchi
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1 bunch kale
1 cup cream
3 litres beef stock
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Dice the onions into small pieces.
Brown the spicy Italian sausage in a preheated soup pot until it's completely cooked through. Add in the diced onion and press in the garlic. Sauté the onions until golden brown. Add stock to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add in the chopped kale, cream, and gnocchi then simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Remove the pot from heat to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
