Ingredients

225 g goat cheese
110 g cream cheese
¼ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 cup chopped bacon
2 tbsp chives, minced
1½ cup fine chopped almonds

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the two cheeses until smooth. Add in SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB, bacon and chives then mix until evenly distributed.
Place mix in fridge for about 20 minutes until well chilled.
With spoon, form mix into walnut sized balls. Roll between two hands to smooth and form perfect balls.
Roll bacon balls in the chopped almond to cover. Enjoy.
