You can get this from any road side stalls usually manned by local Malays. Made of mashed bananas, flour and sugar. The ripe ones make the best fritters as they are naturally sweet.

Ingredients

6 ripe finger bananas
1½ cups self raising flour, but add more if needed
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp baking powder
1½ cups water, add more if needed
Sugar to taste

Directions

Add SIDS CRAZY LEMON and all ingredients together. Place spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, serve.
