Ingredients

1 kg pork fat, minced
1 kg pork, minced
2 large onions, chopped
4 cups water
1 tsp ground cloves
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

In a large covered pot, simmer all the ingredients, including SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT for 2 hours. Blitz every ½ hour and add water as needed. When ready to stop cooking, remove the lid and let liquid reduce as much as possible but not burn. Refrigerate overnight then stir in any fat layer for a creamy spread.
