Ingredients
2 ruby red grapefruits
1 tbsp of EV olive oil
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 avocado, peeled, cored & diced
½ cup red onion, thin sliced
½ cup grapes
Handful of Iceberg lettuce
1 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Cut grapefruit into segments over a bowl to catch the juice. Keep the juice in the bowl. Take ⅓ cup of the saved grapefruit juice and whisk in olive oil, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Set it aside.
In a bowl, put in the lettuce, avocado, grapes, grapefruit segments and onion. Toss lightly and add the dressing.
