Ingredients
3 cups bread flour
1¼ cups boiling water
2 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 bunch spring onions, fine chopped
2 tsp rice bran oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Use a fork to mix flour and boiling water in a large bowl. Knead dough into a ball. Cover bowl with plastic wrap then let dough rest for 60 minutes.
Evenly divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 6 mm thick circle. Brush each circle with oil, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of spring onions and a pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT. Roll up, cigar style, and pinch open ends together to form a tube. Roll each tube flat to 6 mm.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large frypan. Fry cakes until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
