Ingredients
2 kg green tomatoes, chopped
500 g onions, fine chopped
250 g sultanas
3 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp allspice, ground
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp salt
2½ cups DYC white vinegar
500 g white sugar
Directions
Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT with all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 1½-2 hours until the liquid has evaporated and tomatoes have pulped.
Seal in hot jars. Best left 2 months before use.
