Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus
1 bag of pre-made cabbage mix
2 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 cups hummus
¼ cup jalapeno chillies or orange capsicum
6 tortilla wraps
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
Directions
Preheat the grill. Blitz together hummus and jalapeno chillies.
To prepare the asparagus, break off and throw away the tough ends.
Top asparagus with rice bran oil and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place on hot grill and cook for approximately 5-10 minutes. Turn often until the asparagus begins to get grill marks or you have desired tenderness. Remove asparagus from grill, slice into 2 cm pieces and set aside.
Flatten the tortilla and spoon on approximately 2 tbsp of jalapeno hummus. Place desired amount of the grilled asparagus onto wrap. Add approximately ¼ cup of cabbage mix and a dollop of SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO.
Gently roll tortilla up into a wrap, and enjoy.
