Ingredients
2 kg Beef Short Ribs, about 10 mm thick
¾ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
¼ cup mirin rice vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup apple juice
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger minced
⅓ cup spring onions, garnish
Directions
In a food safe bag, combine the soy sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, rice vinegar, brown sugar, apple juice, garlic cloves, and ginger together.
Add the ribs, seal the bag, and massage the marinade in through the outside of the bag. Marinate the ribs for at least 4 hours.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and set the bag of marinade aside.
Grill the ribs on each side for about 4 minutes until each side is golden and the internal temperature is at 60°C.
In a small saucepan, boil the marinade until it reduces by half. (this should take about 7 minutes)
Garnish the Beef Short Ribs with spring onions and serve them with the marinade on the side for dipping.
