Ingredients
450 g rump steak
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp black pepper, ground
SALAD:--
250 g fusilli pasta
4 spring onions, chopped
3 orange capsicum, sliced
5 basil leaves, shredded
DRESSING:--
4 tbsp EV olive oil
2 tbsp SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
2-3 tbsp prepared horseradish, to taste
Directions
Marinate the steak in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE for 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, drain, then toss with the spring onions, peppers and basil. Mix the dressing ingredients together with SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR, season, then set aside.
Heat the BBQ or a griddle pan until very hot. Cook the steak for 15 seconds each side until cooked to your liking. Cut into thick slices, then toss into the pasta with the dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste with prepared horseradish and serve.
