Ingredients

¼ cup rice bran oil, plus more for grill & drizzling
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 (140-170 g) skinless, boneless brill fillets
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 kg mixed tomatoes, sliced
½ cup sliced drained Hearts of Palm
1 tbsp lemon juice
Torn basil leaves (for serving)

Directions

Prepare a grill for medium heat and oil grates.
Lightly drizzle brill fillets with oil then very lightly sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Grill the brill, turning once, until browned on both sides and just opaque in the centre, about 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, hearts of palm, lemon juice and toss to combine. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Toss basil into tomato salad. Serve brill with tomatoes and dressing spooned over.
