Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Raspberry Vinegar Glaze

Ingredients

500 g brussels sprouts, trimmed & cut in half
2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
4 long wooden skewers (soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning)
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp Sids Raspberry Vinegar glaze

Directions

In a very small pot over a medium heat, reduce 3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR by half then remove from the heat.
Place the sprouts on skewers and place the skewers on a large piece of aluminum foil. (you want it big enough to fold up and "tent")
Drizzle sprouts with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL, SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Heat the grill. When hot, lower heat to LOW and put foil with skewers on the grill. Tent the sprouts with the foil.
Cook about 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so to prevent burning.
Drizzle with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR GLAZE when done, then enjoy.
