Grilled Cheese & Egg Sandwiches

Scrambled eggs are smothered with melty mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses, nestled between buttery toasted bread. Serve with greens (lunch) or a few rashers of bacon (breakfast).

Ingredients

Knob of butter
4 egg scramble
4 slices of whole wheat bread
8 slices of mozzarella cheese
8 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh chives
Sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter.
To assemble sandwiches, lay mozzarella cheese slices on top of one bread slice, then scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with chives, then cheddar cheese slices, with a light sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT then top with the other bread slice. Carefully transfer sandwich into the pan.
Grill on both sides until golden. Carefully remove from pan and cut in half.
Serve.
