Ingredients

1.5 kg chicken (breast or thighs)
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
½ cup ranch dressing
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 large onion
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 orange capsicum, deseeded

Directions

Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes. Cut the onion into small pieces.
Place the chicken into a large bowl. Add the soy sauce, mayonnaise, ranch, SIDS CRAZY SALT, onion pieces, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and capsicum. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Pour marinade into a small pot and place on the grill to reduce to a sticky jus.
Grill skewers for about 10 minutes.
Serve skewers with jus in a small serving jug.
