Ingredients
1 kg cod fillet
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp SIDS CHILLI & LIME OIL
1 lemon, to garnish
Directions
Slice the cod into equal-sized pieces.
Season the fillets with SIDS CHILLI & LIME OIL and SIDS CRAZY SALT on both sides.
Grill the fillets on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 62°C.
Drizzle the fillets with lemon juice. Serve immediately and enjoy.
