1 crayfish
2 tbsp rice bran oil
50 g butter
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 lemon halves


Cut through the middle of the crayfish lengthways, holding it with a cloth. Remove the digestive tract and guts from the head. Heat BBQ grill.
Mix oil and ½ the butter together and brush crayfish flesh with it. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Place crayfish flesh-side down on the grill for 2-3 minutes, depending on the size. Turn over and cook a further 2-3 minutes. Meat is cooked when the flesh becomes firmer and can pull away from the shell. Brush flesh with the remaining butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon halves.
