Ingredients
4 filet mignon, about 4 cm thick
½ cup dry red wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and all marinade ingredients in a glass or stainless bowl.
Place steaks into marinade and turn to coat well. Cover bowl and allow steaks to marinade in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Remove steaks from bowl and pour marinade into a small saucepan and place on the edge of the grill to reduce by half.
Place steaks on a well-oiled grill rack and cook for 8 minutes, turning every 15 seconds, to desired doneness.
Remove from heat and let rest on a warm covered plate.
Serve with a drizzle of reduced marinade on top and a seperate plate of hot fries.
