Ingredients

4 salmon steaks (720g)
20 g butter, melted
2 tsp cracked black peppercorns
1½ tsp sweet paprika
1½ tsp dried thyme
1½ tsp mustard powder
1½ tsp ground cumin
BURNT LEMON BUTTER:--
60 g butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 spring onions, chopped finely
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Brush both sides of fish with butter then sprinkle evenly with combined remaining ingredients.
Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate until cooked but red in the middle.
Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan until brown; stir in SIDS CRAZY LEMON lemon juice and onion.
Serve fish drizzled with burnt lemon butter and accompany with mashed potatoes or fries.
