Grilled Flounder with Lemon Cream Sauce

Makes a quick and easy weeknight meal. It can be ready in under 15 minutes. Flounder fillets are lightly seasoned, grilled and served with an easy lemon cream sauce flavoured with garlic.

Ingredients

4 tbsp butter melted
4 flounder fillets
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
⅔ cup cream
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 tbsp butter
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Preheat oven grill.
Brush a little melted butter on foil then place flounder on top, skin side down.
Drizzle with remaining butter then sprinkle with Old Bay.
Grill for about 8 minutes, until cooked through.
In a small saucepan, bring cream and garlic to a simmer. Remove from heat and whisk in lemon, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and butter until the butter is melted.
Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Serve sauce with fish.
