Ingredients
500 g carrots, if thick, slice down the middle lengthwise
1 tbsp peanut oil
GLAZE:--
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup raw bush honey
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Toss carrots in oil then place on the BBQ grill. Rotate to get a good char all around.
In a small saucepan, mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER and the glaze ingredients over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Glaze carrots, cook 1 more minute, remove from heat, glaze again then serve.
