Ingredients
680 g lamb chops
¼ cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice & zest
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp oregano
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture of the oil, lemon, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, yoghurt, garlic, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, covered and in the fridge overnight.
Cook over a grill at medium-high heat (or fry in a pan at medium-high heat) until slightly charred and cooked to your preferred level of doneness, about 2-5 minutes per side.
