Ingredients

6 mackerel fillets
¼ cup rice bran oil
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven broiler and set the oven rack about 15 cm from the heat source. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Rub both sides of each fillet with oil and place with the skin side down into the prepared baking dish. Season each fillet with the paprika and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Top each fillet with a sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Bake the fillets under the broiler until the fish just begins to flake, 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately.
