Ingredients
4-5 cups beef stock
¼ cup mild molasses
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 kg baby back ribs
Directions
Combine stock, molasses, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, mustard, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE in a Dutch oven then bring to boiling. Add ribs, cover, reduce heat to simmer 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat grill to LOW. (120-135°C)
Arrange ribs on grill rack and cover with foil. Cook until tender, about 2 hours, turning every 20 minutes. During the last 20 minutes, brush ribs with molasses sauce and turn twice.
