Ingredients
¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¾ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¾ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp chilli powder
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
2 pork tenderloins (500 g each)
Directions
Mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and seasonings then sprinkle over tenderloins. Grill, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 63°C, 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
