Ingredients

¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp dark brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
500 g flank steak
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Combine SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, brown sugar and garlic in a large ziplock bag. Add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Grill until desired doneness, turning often. Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and serve.
