Ingredients

4 tbsp garam masala
4 tbsp curry leaves
2 tbsp brown mustard seeds
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 (170 g) salmon fillets
3 tbsp rice bran oil
Pinch salt
Mango Salsa
MANGO SALSA:--
2 large ripe mango, peeled & fine chopped
4 tbsp mango juice
2 tbsp minced fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp minced red onion
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp garam masala
Pinch salt

Directions

Preheat a grill to medium-high.
First grind the garam masala, curry leaves, mustard seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and SIDS CRAZY LEMON in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle.
Gently rub each salmon fillet with oil and season with the ground spices and salt. Lightly oil the grill and add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for an additional 5 minutes, until salmon is cooked and flakes with gentle pressure from a fork. Serve the salmon fillets with the Mango Masala.
MANGO SALSA:
Mix the mango, mango juice, coriander, red onion, lime juice, garam masala, and salt in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
