Ingredients
2 cups chopped parsley
⅔ cup rice bran oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 kg skirt steak
Directions
Preheat grill. In a bowl, mix the parsley, oil, lemon juice, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, garlic and crushed chilli flakes then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Season the skirt steak with SIDS CRAZY LEMON and grill over a hot fire until the meat is charred on the outside and rare within, about 4 minutes, turning every 15 seconds. Transfer to a carving board and let rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice the steak across the grain. Serve right away, passing the chimichurri sauce at the table.
