Ingredients

22-28 g ribeye steak, or steak of your choice
1 box of penne pasta
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tbsp of rice bran oil
½ cup of butter
½ lemon, squeezed
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup of heavy cream
Shredded cheese for garnish

Directions

Sprinkle steak with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Heat salted water in a pot and cook the pasta to al denté.
In a grill pan on medium high, add oil. Sear both sides of the steak, turning every 15 seconds, to preferred doneness.
While the steak is resting,in a medium sauce pan, add butter and garlic and let heat for about a minute. Add in heavy cream and heat until it is all melted. Add Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until sauce just starts to thicken. Squeeze in the lemon juice then remove from heat.
When the noodles have finished cooking, drain almost all the water from the pan, leaving about a ¼ of a cup in the bottom. This will allow your sauce to stick to the noodles.
Slice the steak against the grain into thin slices and place in the pan with the noodles. Pour the alfredo sauce over the noodles and steak then mix together to combine.
Serve with garlic bread and salad for a complete meal.
