Ingredients
½ cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup BROWN SEED MUSTARD
2 tsp tarragon, dried
25 g butter
750 g steak
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Bring water, lemon juice, BROWN SEED MUSTARD, tarragon and butter to the boil then simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Cook meat on the grill to desired state then remove from heat and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes. Cut into slices of desired thickness. Serve with fries with the sauce poured over and sprinkled with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
