Ingredients
2 large kumera
4 tbsp SIDS SPRING ONION OIL
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Fire up that grill to medium heat, and then let it warm up for a few minutes.
Slice the sweet potatoes into 6 mm slices, and put them into a big ziploc bag.
Add the SIDS SPRING ONION OIL, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and spices and shake it well to coat the sweet potatoes.
Once the grill is warm, put the sweet potato slices on it in a single layer, and cook about 5-7 minutes per side.
If the slices are thicker, then cook slightly longer, just keep an eye on them.
