Ingredients

2 T-bone steaks at room temperature
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
STIRFRY:--
500 g asparagus, end trimmed, cut in 3 cm pieces
500 g button mushrooms, halved
½ cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Rice bran oil, for cooking

Directions

Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the stock, soy sauce and garlic.
Put some rice bran oil in a large frypan placed over a medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season the steaks to taste on both sides with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then grill for 2-3 minutes per side, turning every 15 seconds.
Serve with vegetable stir-fry.
