Ingredients
6 large flat mushrooms
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried tarragon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Wipe the mushrooms clean.
Mix oil, tarragon, garlic and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a small bowl.
Brush over the mushrooms then put them stem down in a shallow grill tray. Cook under grill until lightly browned then turn them over and cook until tender.
