Ingredients
1 kg Thar backstrap cut in 60 g pieces
4 tsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
16 rashers bacon
Directions
Mix together SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, onion and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Marinate meat in the mixture for 10 minutes then wrap each piece in bacon and spear with a metal skewer.
Cook on a BBQ grill until the bacon becomes slightly burnt and the meat has cooked to medium-rare, about 15-20 minutes.
