Ingredients
2 (250 g) fresh tuna steaks
1 tsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp prepared horseradish, to taste
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ tsp hot chilli paste
1 tbsp minced spring onion
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Lightly oil steaks.
Stir soy sauce, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, horseradish, cherry tomatoes and hot chilli paste in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Place steaks over hottest part of the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate. Spoon soy sauce mixture over steaks and garnish with spring onion.
