Ingredients
6 tbsp rice bran oil
1 small onion, diced
500 g ground beef
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
240 g can peas, including liquid
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, cook and stir until browned, 5-8 minutes. Add beef and tomatoes. Cook, uncovered, until tomatoes break down, about 15 minutes.
Add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, curry powder, paprika, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, chilli powder, and cayenne. Cover and simmer until flavours combine, about 30 minutes. Uncover and stir in peas with liquid. Cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes.
