Ingredients
6 orange bell peppers
2 cups cooked rice
2 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
1 large onion diced
2 large carrots grated
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste
1 cup Tuimato sauce
1 cup cream
1 cup chicken stock
Directions
Slice each bell pepper in half vertically, through the middle of the stem. Remove the stem and the seeds from the peppers. Dice the onion and grate the carrots.
Preheat a pan over medium heat with oil. Sauté onion and carrots until golden brown.
In a large bowl, mix together rice, beef, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, and sautéed veggies.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Stuff each halved pepper with the filling. Place the stuffed peppers into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine Tuimato sauce, cream and chicken stock.
Pour the tomato sauce mixture into the pan with the peppers. Cover the pan with a lid or foil. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the peppers are tender. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
