Ingredients

6 orange bell peppers (capsicums)
500 g ground chicken
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 large yellow onion
500 g mushrooms
2 cups cooked rice
850 g Italian pasta sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp rice bran oil, for cooking
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Trim the bell peppers by removing the seeds and core.
In a pan over medium-heat, sauté the onion with mushrooms until they turn golden brown. Add the ground chicken, breaking up the meat with your spatula as you brown it.
Add in cooked rice, SIDS CRAZY SALT and half of the Italian pasta sauce. Stir to combine and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Stuff each pepper with the filling. Combine the rest of the sauce with two cups of water and pour it on the bottom of the baking dish. Place peppers into the baking dish and top each one with cheese. Bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy.
