Ingredients
3 ripe avocados, peeled & stoned
2 spring onions, fine chopped
3 fresh asparagus shoots (uncooked)
½ cup fresh peas (uncooked)
10 basil leafs
¼ cup SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
½ orange capsicum, chopped fine
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Break off woody bottoms of the asparagus and discard. Chop the spears into a food processor and add peas, spring onions, basil and SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR. Blitz to a smooth paste. Add avocados and blitz again. Season with SIDS CRAZY SALT. Remove cutter and fold in the capsicum.
Spoon into a serving bowl to eat with crackers, chips or tacos.
