Ingredients
4 NZ rib-eye steaks, 2 cm thick
½ onion, fine chopped
1 clove garlic, fine chopped
MARINADE:--
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
½ tbsp BROWN SEED MUSTARD
1 tbsp bush honey
1 cup of Guinness
Directions
Mix together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, BROWN SEED MUSTARD, honey and stout.
Put steaks in a dish and pour over the marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours then strain the marinade off and set aside.
Grill the steaks for 3 minutes each side then rest for 3 minutes.
Fry onion and garlic until soft. Add the marinade and simmer until reduced by half. Pour the marinade over the steaks and serve.
