Ingredients

2 kingfish fillets
12 chives
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR PLUM SAUCE

Directions

Using the uzu-zukuri cut (2 mm thick) and a super-sharp knife, slice the fish diagonally as the fillet allows, about 50 mm long and 12 mm wide.(sashimi)
Mix the citrus juice together and pour into a small serving jug.
Cut the chives into 50 mm lengths. Wrap slices of sashimi around 1-2 chive stalks to make bite-size 'wraps' and place each one in a small ramekin and drizzle with a little bit of the citrus juice.
Dip into SIDS LOW SUGAR PLUM SAUCE and enjoy.
