Ingredients
12 habanero peppers, seeded & chopped
500 g can sliced peaches in syrup
¼ cup dark molasses
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground allspice
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Wearing gloves, place the peppers, peaches, molasses, SIDS CRAZY SALT, mustard, brown sugar and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR into the container of a food processor or blender. Measure in the SIDS SALT & PEPPER, paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger and allspice. Blend until liquefied.
Pour into a large pot and bring to the boil, stirring often. Simmer covered for 1 hour.
Pour into clean jars, seal and cool overnight before using.
