This recipe for ham and cheese quiche is packed to the gills with loads of cheddar and swiss cheese. Baked using store-bought pie crust, it's crazy easy.

Ingredients

1 pie crust
3 large eggs
1 cup cream
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 cup ham diced
1 cup tasty cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Place a pie crust into a 25 cm wide, 5-10 cm deep pan. Trim off the extra dough from the edges.
Cover the crust with baking paper and top with rice or peas to weigh the crust down. Bake the pie crust for 25 minutes at 175°C.
While the crust is baking, whisk the eggs and cream together in a medium-sized bowl. Season the egg mixture with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Fill the baked crust with the diced ham, tasty and cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the crust, Sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until the centre is set.
