Ingredients

12 pieces shaved ham
12 eggs
1½ cups grated cheese
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Fresh herbs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spray a 12 cup muffin tin. Line each cup with a slice of ham. Add a generous pinch of grated cheese to the bottom of each cup. Crack an egg into each cup and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 minutes if you want a runny yolk, 15 if you want a set yolk.
Use a spoon to remove from the muffin tin.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
