Ingredients

1 leg of NZ ham
1 jar American mustard
½ cup sweet soy sauce
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 150°C. Remove skin from the ham, leaving on as much fat as possible. Score the fat with a sharp knife right through to the ham.
Place on a wire rack in a roasting dish. Mix together SIDS CRAZY SALT, soy sauce and sugar. Warm, then brush onto scored fat. Place in the oven to cook for 1 hour.
