No recipe collection is complete with out a truly phenomenal onion gravy.  And this one is exactly that. This homemade onion gravy recipe features caramelized onions in a luxuriously rich, brown gravy that is sure to “wow” your dinner guests.

Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped onions
½ cup Tuimato sauce
¼ cup water
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ cup FENUGREEK MUSTARD
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE

Directions

In a frypan with a small amount of oil fry onions until brown.
In a bowl blend together tomato sauce, water, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, FENUGREEK MUSTARD, brown sugar and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE.
Combine this mixture in the frypan with onions and ham then simmer until hot, about 5-10 minutes.
