A perfect way to eat leftover ham with not a Christmas flavour in site. This onion gravy has a barbecue flavour to it and goes well with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped onions
½ cup Tuimato sauce
¼ cup water
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
¼ cup SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
500 g cooked ham, thinly sliced & diced

Directions

In a frypan with a small amount of oil fry onions until brown.
In a bowl blend together tomato sauce, water, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD, brown sugar and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE.
Combine this mixture in the frypan with onions and ham then simmer until hot, about 5-10 minutes.
