Ham & Pineapple Dinner

Great for that leftover ham. Cubed ham sauted with onions and pipple i sweet sauce. Kids love it and it's great served over rice or noodles.

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
2½ cups cooked & cubed ham
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1⅓ cups pineapple juice
4 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp cornflour

Directions

Melt the butter in a large frypan over medium heat. Sauté the ham, onions and pineapple in the butter for about 5 minutes.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, mustard and cornflour. Stir this together well and pour over the ham mixture in the frypan. Stir well and allow to heat through and thicken, about 5 minutes.
